PLAYER BENEFITS
Age:
U7 - U20 (5-20 years old)
The RBC Lions' teams will play the upcoming 2023-2024 season in the Greater Bay Hockey League (GBHL), the Asia Super League (ASL) and regional competitive tournaments.
Players will be selected based on talent, dedication, and potential to succeed in an elite competitive league, while contributing positively to a strong team dynamic.

Tryout Description
The RBC Lions tryout will provide coaches the opportunity to evaluate players prior to the season. This will give players the chance to earn their spot and individual role on the team, as they compete with and against other talented players in a high-intensity environment.

Tryout Aim
- Identify talented young hockey players in Hong Kong who have the potential to excel at a higher level of competition
- Provide a fair and transparent evaluation process
- Create a competitive environment that challenges participants and provides opportunities for them to demonstrate their abilities against other talented players.
- Provide feedback and guidance to participants on how to improve their skills and become more competitive hockey players
Tryout Prerequisites
- Elite program for Top Players
- Players should have above average skills (skating, shooting, passing, and game sense) based on their age
- Coached by Director of Hockey Operations and Former NHL Player Rob Schremp
- LIMITED ENROLLMENT PROGRAM
To protect the competitive nature of this program, all registrations are subject to review. Please read the program prerequisites and contact Junior Tigers staff if any questions.

- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.
Fee: HKD 500 per player
- Tryout limited to 30 players per session
- REGISTRATION FEE WAIVED IF ALREADY REGISTERED IN LIONS PROGRAM FOR 23/24 SEASON
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens April 24, 2023

- Payments can only be made online at www.juniortigershockey.com/registration
- We are unable to offer a refund or credit due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
- Programs will not run during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.
- Registration officially opens April 24, 2023.
