PLAYER BENEFITS
Age:
U11/U13 (10-13 years old)
Our introductory program focused on teaching young players the fundamentals of skating. This is a fun program aimed at developing on-ice confidence, an essential skill for learning to play hockey.

Program Description
- Beginners welcome!
- No prior experience required
- Participants are split into small groups based on skill level
- Skating program only (no sticks or pucks)
- LIMITED ENROLLMENT PROGRAM
Program Coordinators
Our Program Coordinators are experienced CIHL, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) and Junior Hockey players interning in Hong Kong, all who have extensive coaching experience.
Program Prerequisites
- No previous skating experience required
- Player must be able to stand on the ice under their own strength without coach or parent assistance
Parent Coordinator
A parent coordinator will be designated for this program and will be available to assist throughout the season.
Class Aim
- Learn basic skills of skating
- Develop passion for ice skating
- Have fun!
Hours of Instruction
Twenty three hours of on-ice training time per player

- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.
Skills
Learn to Skate focuses on all the essential concepts of skating. Fun drills and plenty of personalized coaching to ensure you put your best skate forward. Core concept of skating stride.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.
Fee: HKD 13,988
- Program limited to 8 players
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens August 29, 2022

- We are unable to offer a refund due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
