Age:
All ages welcome. Goalies will be divided into groups by age.
Priority will be given to Greater Bay Lions players.

Goalie Camp Description
- Elite Goaltending Focus: High-level goalie-specific instruction to kick off the season strong.
- On-Ice Skill Development: Work on foundational and advanced goaltending techniques with a professional coaching team.
- Off-Ice Training: Includes reflex, coordination, and mobility training using tennis balls, yoga mats, and bodyweight exercises.
- Age-Specific Grouping: Sessions are designed to be age-appropriate, ensuring every goalie gets the most out of each session.
- Confidence & Mental Prep: Prepare mentally and physically for the season ahead with focused coaching and mentorship.
Program Coordinators & Coaches
Our Head Coaches, Senior Coaches, and Assistant Coaches are excited to kick off the new season with our Prospect Camp. This event marks the perfect start to what promises to be another high-energy year of growth, development, and teamwork.
Our club proudly boasts the largest team of full-time, senior, and highly experienced youth hockey coaches in Hong Kong. Leading this year’s camp is our newly structured coaching team.
We look forward to hitting the ice and building the foundation for a successful season ahead!
Camp Prerequisites
All goalies are welcome to register.
While this camp is designed to be competitive, we encourage all interested goalies to apply.
To ensure a strong and productive environment, registrations are subject to review by the coaching staff.
Minimum expectations:
- At least 1 year of hockey experience
- Passion for the game
- Dedication to stopping the puck

Parent Coordinator
A parent coordinator will be designated for each program and be at the rink during games. Parent coordinators will assist Junior Tigers management with off-ice operations.
Program Aim
- Elite goaltender development through technical training and situational gameplay
- Condition goalies to maintain focus and intensity throughout high-tempo drills
- Improve puck tracking, rebound control, and save selection
- Develop communication and chemistry with defensemen
- Prepare goalies for competitive play in North America and Europe
- Emphasize positioning, recoveries, and special teams (PK) play
- Build confidence, have fun, and deepen a passion for goaltending
Program Available
- 2 x 90-minute on-ice training sessions
- 1 x 75-minute on-ice training session
- Off-ice training: To be confirmed

- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.
Skills
The CHG Goalie Camp delivers high-level, position-specific development for goaltenders.
- Stance & Movement: Balance, edge control, crease movement, power pushes, recoveries
- Puck Tracking: Visual focus, awareness, and reaction timing
- Save Techniques: Butterfly, hybrid, glove/blocker saves, post play, paddle down
- Rebound Control: Directing pucks with pads, stick, and body positioning
- Puck Handling & Passing: Playing the puck behind the net, breakout passes
- Game IQ: Reading plays, anticipating threats, communication with defense
SPECIAL NOTE:
Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.
Fee: HKD 1,188 or HKD 888 (Depending on length of program)
- Program limited to 12 goalies
- By invitation only
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens July 1, 2025

- We are unable to offer a refund or credit due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
- Programs will not run during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.
- Registration officially opens February 28, 2025.
