PLAYER BENEFITS
RBC Super Series Description
The RBC Super Series is a new format for the popular Hot Pot tournament that will be played during the Christmas holidays. Two teams in each division will play against each other in a 4-game series. Organized in Hong Kong by Powerplay Sports & Entertainment, the event will be played at the DB Ice Rink.
The two teams will be drafted to ensure balance and competitive games. Cool jerseys will be provided to use for the duration of the event.
Age:
U9 - U13
- U9 - Born 2014-15
- U11 - Born 2012-13
- U13 - Born 2010-11
The age group is flexible depending on the skill level of the participant.
Players are required to play in their own age group unless authorized by the RBC Super Series Director. Please enquire directly regarding opportunities to play up a division.
Draft Format
- All players will need to sign up individually with parent consent
- Players can list 3 teammates to be drafted together (both players should list the other person they want to play with to be considered)
- Players and goalies can sign up for ONE division only
- Selected coaches will be invited from various clubs to draft the teams and coach them during the RBC Super Series
- Deadline to register – November 15, 2022
- Registration is first come, first served ONLY.
Structure
- Youth Divisions U9, U11, and U13
- 2 teams in each division (North America vs. World)
- Up to 15 players + 1 goalie per team
- Minimum 4 games
- Includes Skills Competition
- Medals for the Finalists and Winners
- Championship Trophy for the Winners
- Online Stats and RBC Super Series App
- Game Photos of Championship Game
Game Format
- Non-contact
- All players will be drafted on a team
- Teams will play 5 on 5
- 3 x 13 minute running time
- Stop time in the final 2 minutes if the game is tied or within 2 goals
- Each team is permitted one time-out (30 secs) per game
- If the game is tied, the teams will play a 5 min overtime session – 3 on 3

Jersey and socks will be provided to each player and are required to be returned at the end of the RBC Super Series

Fee: HKD 3,900 Player - 1,950 Goalie
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
