Camp Description
Synthetic Ice Shooting
Master proper technique and build muscle memory through high-repetition shooting drills.
Work on:
- Shot mechanics
- Release speed
- Accuracy and consistency
- Scoring from different angles
Off-Ice Development
Train like a pro with drills that improve:
- Proprioception and agility
- Strength and conditioning
- Core stability
- Balance and coordination

Program Coordinators & Coaches
Our club boasts the largest number of full-time, senior, and highly experienced youth coaches in Hong Kong. Many have played professional hockey internationally, with backgrounds in the CIHL, NCAA, Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS), and top-tier Junior Hockey programs.

Program Prerequisites
For U11 Greater Bay Lions only

Parent Coordinator
A parent coordinator will be designated for each program and be at the rink during games. Parent coordinators will assist Junior Tigers management with off-ice operations.

Program Aim
- Build proper shooting fundamentals through weekly synthetic ice sessions
- Improve shot accuracy, release, and consistency with focused repetition
- Develop overall athleticism with off-ice training targeting:
- Strength
- Balance
- Core stability
- Proprioception
- Create strong habits through consistent, structured training
- Boost player confidence in shooting and movement skills
- Support long-term development and performance on the ice

Program Includes
Twenty, 45 minutes on the synthetic ice and 45 minutes of off-ice training sessions per player.

Each player will receive a complimentary Junior Tigers Water Bottle

More Hockey, More Fun!
- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.

Skills
The Off-Ice & Synthetic Ice Program focuses on developing fundamental shooting and athletic skills to support game performance.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.

Fee: HKD 12,888
- Program limited to 10 players
- Greater Bay Lions players have priority
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens August 1, 2025
- LIMITED ENROLLMENT PROGRAM
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By registering for a Junior Tigers program, you agree to accept Junior Tigers terms and conditions.
- Payments can only be made online at www.juniortigershockey.com/registration
- We are unable to offer a refund or credit due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
- Programs will not run during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.
- Registration officially opens August 1, 2025.

Gear required
This program does not require full hockey equipment; however, the following items are mandatory and must be provided by the parent or guardian.
- Running shoes
- Helmet with Full Cage
- Sticks
- Gloves
